Our Founder

TalentCircle Consulting & Coaching was founded by Tammie Sorensen, a seasoned HR Leader and strategist with over 15 years of experience helping organizations and individuals achieve their full potential. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and Dare to Lead™ trained, Tammie brings a unique combination of professional expertise and compassionate leadership to every engagement.


Tammie has worked across industries and regions, including Western Canada, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of businesses and professionals. As a certified Leadership Circle™ practitioner and facilitator of LEGO Serious Play™, she blends innovative tools with a strategic, results-driven approach to empower clients to overcome challenges and achieve lasting growth.
